Monday - Saturday: 8am to 6pm
Sundays: 8:30am to 9:30am, 4pm to 6pm
Holidays*:  4pm-6pm
(*Exceptions: Kennel is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and 4th of July.)

Facility Tours
You are welcome and encouraged to tour Acorn Valley any time during normal operating hours without an appointment.

Pet Boarding Policies
Reservations are required for pet boarding.  Due to the nature of our business, we request that reservations be made via telephone rather than email. All boarding charges start the day you drop off your pet regardless of the time.  Any pickups after 12pm will be charged for that day, including Sundays and Holidays if pet is picked up during our 4pm - 6pm hours.
