Dog Boarding

Acorn Valley is designed and maintained to eliminate the objections many people have to boarding their pets.

The Kennel is immaculately maintained. It is disinfected and power washed every day. No bleach is used at Acorn Valley as bleach can burn animals’ pads and eyes.  

There are NO CAGES at Acorn Valley. Every boarding run is 18’ long. Your pet will receive LOTS of exercise!  Since Acorn Valley is an indoor kennel, your pet has use of the entire 18’ run all day and night.

Your dog will get plenty of exercise in our play area 4 times a day, but you have the option of adding to your pet's stay a daily nature walk along the wooded trail with a caring staff member.

Pet Boarding Policies
Reservations are required for pet boarding.  Due to the nature of our business, we request that reservations be made via telephone rather than email. All boarding charges start the day you drop off your pet regardless of the time.  Any pickups after 12pm will be charged for that day, including Sundays and Holidays if pet is picked up during our 4pm - 6pm hours. 

Vaccinations Required for Boarding:
Rabies
Distemper
Bordatella - must be received at least two weeks prior to boarding
